Training & Coaches
State Teams:
2 practices per week, 2 hours each
(12's will practice for 1.5 hours each)

Coaching Staff:
Practices are organized and run by a lead coach with extensive experience working with high caliber Dead Frog athletes. All teams have a head coach as well.
Competition
Competition Level:
All competition will be within a 1-hour drive.
Four tournaments each season:

three 1-day tournaments

one 2-day tournament.

Uniform Packages
State Teams:
2 long sleeve jerseys, 1 long sleeve dry-fit warm-up shirt, 1 pair of spandex, and a volleyball.
