LITTLE TADPOLES (AGES 6-9)

This program is the perfect starting point for any new player to learn the fundamentals of volleyball. Our coaches will introduce the 6 basic skills with an emphasis on movement, motor skill development and communication in a fun and fast paced environment.

Session I:  January 11 - February 1 (4 weeks, Saturday mornings)

JR. FROGS (AGES 9-12) 

The Junior Frogs program is designed to teach beginner athletes ages 9-12 the game of volleyball
in an engaging environment. Training will focus on all skills including passing, setting, attacking,
serving and defense with a strong emphasis on communication, ball control and court movement.

 

Dates & Times:  January 18- February 8 (Saturdays from 10:15-11:30am)

Cost: $99/player (limited spaces available)
